Iron Strategos
Kartik is responsible for the club's strategy, technology, and operational discipline. He oversees the tech stack for memberships, ride planning, communications, and data policies, and publishes the group's roadmap and standards. He ensures system reliability and upholds rider etiquette, coordinating cross-role handoffs to maintain tight and timely planning, communications, and execution.
Grandstand Envoy
Vaibhav acts as the club's public face and advisor, managing sponsor relations and official communications. He negotiates partnerships, represents the group to brands and institutions, and issues formal announcements. He also handles grievances, resolving disputes to protect the club's reputation and cohesion.
Ride Chancellor
Ashish is in charge of rider relations and membership harmony, with the final say on additions and removals. He is the first contact for ideas and concerns, assesses new riders' fit, guides cohort dynamics, and nurtures the culture through mentorship and feedback loops. By maintaining open and constructive conversations, he strengthens trust and cohesion within the crew.

Our motorcycle riding group originally started as the Pune Chapter of the Mumbai Riders. While we now operate independently with our own vision and path, we gratefully acknowledge the Mumbai Chapter as our foundation and appreciate the journey we shared together.
